Hi, I'm Igazeuma

I'm a sociologist practitioner-researcher who has worked across different worlds of industry, civil society, academia and public sector. I've hustled on the shores of Takoradi in Ghana and Canary Wharf in London, and here's what I've learned:

After over two decades of letting deep waters shape my own perspectives, my life's work is now dedicated to helping millennials in their 30s and 40s navigate career stability, change, and sustainable living.

My story

My friends call me Dr Gaz.

I've spent over two decades working across different disciplines and in the most difficult sectors, navigating change, uncertainty, and growth.

I've been single, married and divorced while navigating career and life transitions.

And like many of you, I've asked: "How do I make this all make sense?"

That question shaped my work and how I support millennials today.
